Newsletter Insights (“the Service”) is a business intelligence platform that provides analytics and metrics for newsletters across platforms including Substack, Ghost, and Beehiiv. The Service is operated by Newsletter Insights (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Service provides subscriber count estimates, growth metrics, revenue projections, and engagement analytics for publicly available newsletters.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Explorer (Free): Limited access to top 20 newsletters with 30-day historical data
• Starter ($29/month): Access to 100 newsletters, 90-day historical data, watchlist, and CSV export
• Pro ($149/month): Unlimited access, 12-month historical data, comparison tools, and growth alerts
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for teams and platforms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the data without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Newsletter Insights and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

Important: The metrics and estimates provided by the Service are based on publicly available data and proprietary algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, these figures are estimates only and should not be relied upon as definitive or verified data. Newsletter subscriber counts, revenue projections, and growth rates may differ from actual values.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions based on this information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newsletter Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in the data provided
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
• You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@newsletterinsights.io.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
